NemaLife secured a $300,000 grant from the NIH’s NCCIH

NemaLife which is a techbio platform and is developing AI & microfluidics-based in vivo, in vitro & protein characterization solutions has secured the funding of $300,000 from the NIH’s National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH).

This funding will be used to advance the companies work in the development of bioactive solutions from beneficial microbes.

NemaLife has an AI powered organism on chip platform that features C. elegans and microfluidics. It will help the company to explore the role of biotics on the human health on a much larger scale. It will also help the company to expand from its pre clinical services to the internal discovery programs like probiotics and postbiotics.

Siva Vanapalli is the CEO and cofounder of NemaLife and is working as a Professor in the Chemical Engineering department at Texas Tech University. he loves exploring new research and discoveries and in bringing them from lab to the marketplace.
